Your sessions are where the work occurs. This is the time you spend with your professional partner learning skills and processing thoughts and feelings to achieve a better quality of well-being.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged at the full rate please contact us 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment. Please see our cancellation policy for additional information. Please be advised that if you show up to your appointment at least 15 minutes late, you may not be seen. It is best if you notify your professional partner and/or office in advance to make arrangements.
